Different levels of technological competence and how it's translated subjectively


Unless you are new to the workforce setting, the concept of level of expertise is a very big lookout for both employees and employers. Yes, a lot of factors depend on these, in the same way, it depends on a lot of other factors.

You hear terms like elementary, fundamental, experienced, advanced and expert level skill to describe technological competency and you are bound to know, what exactly this means.
First of all, you need to understand that different geographical regions with independent systems and measurement units attach an objective definition to the standard meaning of those skill competency listed above and this adaptation is suited to their immediate environment. 

To make my points clearer, I will be sighting some contextual variations to what skill levels within a geographical example and an institutional example, below.
